ICU RN Needed ASAP in El Paso, TX!!!! Looking for motivated go-getters with positive personalities. This is a full-time, permanent position. We need RN’s with outstanding communication skills, who can provide services to patients at one of the locations. Looking for someone who is an ace with conflict resolution and expert at interacting both professionally and compassionately with patients.

Very competitive salary and benefits offered!! $20,000 sign on bonus for 3+ years of experience !!!!!!

We have all shifts available: days, nights, weekends- great shift differential!

Requirements:
* 2+ years of ICU RN experience , 3+ years preferred.
* Current RN license in state of TX (or ability to get this prior to hire).
* Current BLS.
* Strong clinical background is highly desired.
* Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive attitude.
* Motivated, hard worker, dedicated, professional, results oriented.
* Flexible and ability to think fast.
*Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
