Coders Needed ASAP in West Texas!!!! Looking for motivated go-getters with positive personalities. This is a full-time, permanent position. We need a coder with outstanding communication skills, who can provide services at one of the locations. Looking for someone who is an ace with conflict resolution and expert at interacting both professionally and compassionately with patients. Responsible for printing DRG coding summaries and coding accurately.
Position is open due to growth.

Requirements:
* 10+ years of Coding experience in acute hospital.
* CCS required, RHIT preferred
* Strong coding background is highly desired.
* Motivated, hard worker, dedicated, professional, results oriented.
* Flexible and ability to think fast.
* Good relations with staff, upper management, physicians.
*Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
