Summary: This person would be responsible for leading the development and execution of the online traffic strategy for the parts, garments and accessories business. He/she will be responsible for key customer acquisition tools including email, social, search and affiliate marketing. The digital traffic specialist will focus on creatingonline strategies and tacticsto drive lead generation, unique visitors and trafficfrequency for the website. He/she will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist and partner with the Interactive Customer Experience team to ensure efforts are aligned to optimize traffic and engine performance.

This position entails working with a small team on the e-commerce site and writing broad strategy's on how to drive customers and traffic to the specific social media sites. Any previous experience with SEO or SEM is required as the company is looking for someone that can step into this role quickly and utilize their previous knowledge.

This position will entail someone to work independently to develop the different strategies and broad ideas to drive traffic. Qualified candidates will have an expertise in customer acquisition with websites and social media.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience required
- Familiarity with marketing networks: LinkShare, BeFree, Google
- Experience managing, optimizing, and growing multiple direct response online media campaigns and partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication REQUIRED
