Full time Recruiter Position in Austin TX
We are looking for Recruiters with 2-4 years of recruiting or human resources experience in the Austin, TX area for a full time 1 year contract position with a leading technology company. Starting pay between $25.00 and $45.00 an hour depending on experience.
Adecco has teamed up with a leading technology company in the Austin area to recruit several full time recruiters. There looking for professionals with strong written and verbal communication skills and a minimum of 2 years recruiting or human resources experience.
Our client is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience with recruiting and applicant tracking software
Strong communication skills
Prior experience managing large volumes of applicants
Recruiter job responsibilities will include:
Read and extrapolate from resumes how a candidate might best fit company
Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and referral recommendation to act as a resume evaluation expert.
Coordinate and schedule first round phone interviews with recruiter or technical expert.
Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System.
Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
