Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a Sr. Recruiter. This is a contract position. This is a global Fortune 100 Company, and a foot in the door has the possibility to open additional opportunities. Position: Sr. Recruiter Location Nashville, TN Hours: 8:00AM- 5:00PM/ Monday- Friday Pay Rates: $39 hourly Length: Contract-Perm
Job Summary

This position recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or equivalent work experience. Requires 2 to 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area; working knowledge of candidate databases and contact management software; ability to use high standard of ethics while calling into competitors to collect intelligence and recruit individuals; familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior management/executives. Works with general direction regarding tasks to be performed while possessing a drive to succeed and work independently.
A certain level of creativity and latitude is required, responsible for interviewing, selecting and referring applicants. Identify applicant sources; develop relationships with clients and applicants.
Participate in community relationship activities in an effort to generate an applicant pool that meets business needs. Participate in project recruiting as needed.
Complete required reporting documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
