Are you an experienced buyer with purchasing experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing materials?
We are searching for a Materials Buyer who will have responsibility for the procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing materials and equipment.
Important part of job will be to maintain strong relationships with established area vendors and works closely with project managers to expedite orders and control pricing; this thorough attention directly benefits the budget and schedule of our clients. This position supports the Procurement Manager by pre-qualifying, selecting, and retaining only the most responsible vendors to participate in the company programs.
Experience:3-5 years of experience purchasing in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing materials and equipment, Timberline or other purchasing software experience or supply chain experience is required. Purchase Order to Invoice flow knowledge and construction and/or industrial environment is preferred.
