The Store Manager is a key member of the management team, responsible for providing leadership and direction while ensuring efficient and effective store operations and sales.

Requirements:

Two year degree in Retail or Business Administration 5+ years’ experience in specialty retail sales, with supervisory experience.
Proven background and aptitude in exceptional customer service.
Excellent merchandising and display skills
Good planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail
Ability to handle diverse, demanding workload in a fast-paced environment; make effective decisions in a timely manner; establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers
Commitment to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
