SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Sales Rep's will spend the majority of the time working with the Sales Manager working to acquiring new business within an assigned market area.
The primary objective is to maximize profitability for the company within assigned market areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and develop new business through all means available including extensive prospecting, cold calling, networking, telemarketing, and referrals.
Establish realistic expectations for the customer so that our first impression is a favorable one.
Maintain accurate records of cold calling/meeting/presentation activities relating to numbers reported on the weekly sales report.
REQUIREMENTS
College Degree is preferred
Results oriented, strong planner, self-motivated and committed to being successful
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Applicants must understand how to take a prospect from cold call to close in a short sales cycle, as well as have the ability to effectively manage their time and territory
Applicants must have the ability to maintain a weekly minimum sales average while developing a prospect database
Pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen
COMPENSATION
$35k - $45k Base (DOE)
