A global internet giant located in Mt. View, CA has multiple openings. Length of assignment ranges from 6 months to 12 months.

SOURCERS / RECRUITERS

Your Role:

perform full cyce recruiting / sourcing
call on passive / active candidates
High volume of activity
partner / collaborate with hiring managers in regards to recruiting needs

Your Skills:

BA/BS degree with 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing in an agency or corporate setting; will also consider candidates with experience in technical sales or marketing.
proven track records on number of calls, interviews and placements
Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
skilled on Boolean search strings preferred
strong communication skills
Tech savvy highly preferred
