ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our client is based in Annapolis, MD and is the 3rd largest electronic security company in the United States. Its sub-division is located in Plymouth, MN region and excels in providing security installation, and maintains systems that integrate intrusion, hold-up, fire, video surveillance, access control and system application.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Scheduling the activities of service technicians, security installers, and subcontractors throughout the country.
Utilizing Microsoft Office Excel 2007 & Microsoft Office Word 2007 applications continuously throughout the day.
Independently managing daily workload.
Team player - a positive contributor to the team effort.
Speaking in an effective and efficient manner on the phone.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have previous subcontractor scheduling experience.
Call center experience is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Word & Excel 2007 skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Effective verbal and listening skills.
Excellent attendance, punctuality.

PAY RATE: $13.00-$17.00 an hour, based on experience

HOURS:

Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm; but must be available to work start shifts between 6:30am-9:30am based on need
