Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Our client is a fabulous locally owned and operated construction firm, where the team is small, but the work they produce is grand and award winning. The employees working there truly are able to call it a ?home?.  We have an immediate need for an Estimator/Project Manager to join their team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager.
Experience with Federal, State, City and Private commercial construction estimates.
Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
Ideally, candidate is currently working as an Estimator at a large construction company.

Ability to wear ?multiple hats?; including Estimating, Project Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveyor, Cost Engineering, and Construction Superintendent, etc.

Excellent people skills required in dealing with Customers, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Field Operations.

Experience with computerized estimating programs (e.g. Timberline, Quest, etc
