Reconcile accounts (several) to general ledger. Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements
monitor endowment funds
monitor grant programs
make necessary adjustments to the general, plant and loan funds
monthly analysis for bookstore
responsible for supervising two staff (clerk and analyst) and provide mentoring and development.
experience with GL, journal entries, preparation financial statements, month close. 5 years accounting experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication skills...both written and verbal
