We have a part-time, 1st shift warehouse opening in Lancaster, PA for a distribution center. Candidates MUST be flexible to work full-time hours on an as needed basis. This temp-to-hire position will transition into full-time when openings are posted. Full-time hours are: 10am – 7pm.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to lift 50 pound boxes.
• High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum one year experience in wholesale shipping and receiving and order picking.

We are looking for candidates to perform the following job duties:

• Assist with daily cycle counts, investigate and document any discrepancies.

• Prepare inbound packages for inventory receipt. Inspect received merchandise for damage, defects and vendor packaging errors and verify product and quantities received with orders.

• Put away received and labeled inventory into appropriate isle/bin location in the distribution center with 100% accuracy.

• Use the wireless scanner to retrieve inventory from aisle/bin locations within the warehouse to fill customer pick tickets.

• Prepare picked inventory for shipment.

• Process boxes for shipment using appropriate system (DigitalShipper, UPS Worldship, HazShipper, etc.).

• Assist manager with daily upkeep and cleanup of distribution center facilities.
