A Crew Manager plays a key role in ensuring successful day-to-day operations through:

• Management, organization, problem solving, and decision-making.

• Strong focus on customer relations and sales

• Preparing and quoting estimates

• Supervise and train a team of 8 employees

• Organization of schedule and booking

• Maintaining records

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 2-3 years of experience working for a company that specializes in residential moving

• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout shift

• Valid Drivers License

• Superior track record of proven customer service

• HSD or GED
