This local Seattle firm needs your great administrative skills to add to their team. In this role you will be supporting the daily tasks and projects of high-level executives and various departments. This contract position offers high visibility when you bring your polish and strong skills to the team.
Job duties include:
• Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arranging and coordinating meetings and events
• Receiving and interacting with incoming client visitors
• Coordinating project-based work
• May be assisting in Reception area - answering multi-line phones
Education and Experience
• At least 1 to 3 years experience providing administrative support at all levels
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
