Supplier Management

If you don’t know by now, you should: Adecco is the world’s largest provider of workforce solutions. And although we remain at the forefront, we don’t always do so alone. To support the hunt for diverse talent, we reach out. We work with a great network of supplemental suppliers that we couldn’t be more proud of, including:

  • Small businesses
  • Certified diverse providers
  • Specialty or niche providers
  • Large national enterprises

It isn’t easy to cultivate a broad network of long-lasting relationships, especially when each and every contract has ambitious goals. Before any supplier is invited to work with us, our process is designed to measure their ability to deliver. The result? Suppliers with exceptional reputations that easily meet our clients’ needs—over and over.

Are you a staffing supplier looking to join an elite group of Adecco partners? If so, we want to get to know you. Complete our profile and we’ll take a look.

Are you a supplier that provides non-staffing specific products or services? Our procurement department would love to hear from you.

Certified Diverse Supplier Program

We’re serious about developing and nurturing relationships with certified diverse suppliers. In fact, it’s our belief that these partnerships drive innovation, support local communities, and enrich efforts to diversify the workplace—we’ve seen it time and again. And not to mention, they help our clients meet their goals, particularly their diverse spending targets.

Our mission is to build relationships with certified minority, women-owned, veteran-owned and other historically underutilized diverse businesses. Our vision is to have a positive impact in communities where we do business. To stay connected to these goals we maintain national corporate memberships with the:

  • National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
  • Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
  • Elite Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (The Elite SDVOB) Network

To be recognized as a certified diverse supplier, the business must be at least 51% owned by a minority individual or in the case of a publicly-owned business, at least 51% of the stock is owned by one or more minority individuals (i.e. the management and daily operations are controlled by those minority group members). Minority classifications can include:

  • African American
  • Asian
  • Asian Indian or Pacific Islander
  • Hispanic
  • Native American
  • Woman owned
  • Service Disabled / Veteran owned

Are you a certified diverse supplier that provides non-staffing specific products or services? Our procurement department is eager to learn more!
