Adecco USA Business Continuity Plan – COVID-19 In light of the ongoing threat of COVID-19/coronavirus, rest assured that Adecco USA—in conjunction with our parent company, The Adecco Group, and its leaders around the world—is taking the necessary steps to protect our employees and continue to serve our clients and associates. Serving Our Clients In addition to ensuring you continue to receive the talent and staffing solutions that you depend on, from recruiting to onboarding to payrolling—with the most minimal interruption possible—we are working with clients on a case-by-case basis to implement actions that will minimize risks of exposure in accordance with standards set by the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We feel that it is paramount to take their lead and be proactive in helping you provide safe worksites. Learn more about how we’ve maintained our high level of client service. Learn more Serving Our Associates We understand the negative and positive effects COVID-19 has on certain industries, and what those effects mean for jobs. We will prioritize job placements accordingly, working to find candidates fitting job opportunities today, in the midst of the outbreak, and in the future, once the virus is increasingly contained. In most circumstances, once an associate is placed in a position, there should be minimal onboarding and start date delays—that is, assuming the workplace is not subject to a temporary shutdown and is adhering to federal CDC and OSHA standards. Go to Associate Resources Protecting Our Employees For an indefinite period of time, Adecco USA employees at our corporate offices and branches are strongly encouraged to work remotely and practice social distancing (unless circumstances absolutely require in-person communication). Fortunately, this will result in business as usual since all of our company software and systems are cloud-based, backed up, and secure. We hope that this arrangement results in a happy and healthy workforce now, and upon their return to the workplace.
