Our customer was struggling to address both fulfillment and retention for their temporary workforce. A global leader in luxury and sports eyewear, our customer needed help assessing their program and identify new opportunities.

Our team utilized a centralized delivery model to increase resources focused on sourcing and recruitment efforts. Through local pay rate analysis, we recognized that associate wages were too low, so we funded a wage increase pilot to demonstrate how higher pay rates could attract more candidates.

We reevaluated and redesigned the management and governance model to include a dedicated onsite team as well as shift captains, who focused solely on associate care.
