We utilized a remote training program to facilitate successful virtual onboarding and provided daily coaching based on real-time KPI data. Our team of lean-trained experts employed proprietary Adecco Red Belt principles to improve productivity within processes, resulting in enhanced associate performance. At successful project closure, our associate NPS score increased by 57 points and our customer stated, “Adecco was an integral component to our success.”
