Our customer, a global leader in food manufacturing and distribution, was experiencing high turnover due to below market wages and high labor demand. To address these challenges, Adecco created customized and targeted solutions by site.

 

Our Approach

Adecco provided current market data to compare the state’s minimum wage, customer pay rates, and competitor wages to consult and advise on wage increases that would attract qualified talent. We implemented a ramp referral bonus program to incentivize associates on assignment and increase the volume of referral applicants. Additionally, we developed a customized associate care and retention programs based on individual market needs using competitive wages as a foundation.
