Adecco provided current market data to compare the state’s minimum wage, client pay rates, and competitor wages to consult and advise on wage increases that would attract qualified talent. We implemented a ramp referral bonus program to incentivize associates on assignment and increase the volume of referral applicants. Additionally, we developed a customized associate care and retention programs based on individual market needs using competitive wages as a foundation.
