Our client, the largest full-service specialty laboratory who offers testing services to physicians, hospitals, government units, and businesses, had previously relied on non-specialized partners to support their staffing needs. They needed a partner that could provide high-volume talent and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of their sector. This client was looking for a staffing partner that could provide consistent support and increase program efficiencies to accommodate their rapid growth.

Our Approach:

We implemented a Master Vendor Program (MVP) to provide centralized accountability across suppliers and provide dedicated program management to streamline communication. Our team identified process efficiencies which drove greater cost savings, and transparent reporting to improve visibility. Within the MVP, we managed multiple suppliers, oversaw confidentiality agreements and NDAs to ensure 100% program compliance. We worked with our client stakeholders to understand their fulfillment challenges and conducted pay analyses to compete for talent at fair market rate. Additionally, we created a retention program that included hazard pay and Adecco Bucks, an incentive program for associates to provide rewards for on-time arrival.
