Challenge

Our client struggled to recruit and hire lab technician and medical technologist talent with multiple staffing partners. Through their existing decentralized model, they lacked visibility in program spend and were unable to measure against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across their supplier base. Cost savings was a top-down driver that needed to be incorporated into their recruitment strategy.

Our Approach

We created a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) to provide consistency, accountability, and establish and maintain standards. We implemented an attendance tracking tool to maintain associate records for coaching purposes and for hiring manager visibility. Our team created a feedback loop to efficiently address concerns and ensure associate satisfaction. We aligned with our customer on their business model to determine optimal staffing levels and headcount which reduced overtime costs. Weekly scorecards were created to track KPIs and provide real-time reporting to continuously drive results backed by data.
