Our client needed staffing suppliers to support a state-wide program for 1,500+ contact tracing roles in New York. Due to the volume of positions, scale of the program, and the go-live timeline, we were selected to be one of four total suppliers and needed to work swiftly to fill all open roles within four weeks.

Our Approach

We implemented our preferred supplier program and utilized Artificial Intelligence (AI) to prescreen all applicants with knock-out questions to rapidly identify qualified talent so recruiters worked more efficiently to meet our client’s timeline.

Due to previous success in working with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and their importance in public health programs, we were selected as the sole supplier to find this market-specific talent representative of the New York demographic. We created a dedicated landing page for COB members to apply so we could take special care of this population within the program and provide accurate reporting.

We leveraged bilingual recruiters to find the necessary talent for Spanish, Chinese, Italian and Russian-speaking contact tracers and exceeded the 30% target set by our client. Having the right tools and technologies are one part of the solution, and having the right talent makes all the difference.
