1st and 2nd Shift Traffic Control Technicians Needed in Port Aransas!

Adecco Staffing is sourcing for several Traffic Control Technicians for a government contract in Port Aransas, TX. This is a long term, full-time position with Adecco with no less than 40 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the client's needs. We offer benefits after one week of employment and weekly pay!

Candidates must be available for the following shifts:
4:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m., 5:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m. (1st Shift)
1:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.(2nd Shift)
Must be dependable and able to withstand harsh weather conditions like wind rain heat and humidity and be able to stand for long periods of time. MUST MUST MUST have experience working in these conditions.

Pay rate for both shifts start at $10.75/hour with the opportunity for 50 cent raises at 3 months and 6 months

As a Traffic Control Technician you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks such as directing traffic and providing assistance to the general public.

Responsibilities for Traffic Control Technicians include:
Direct vehicle and foot traffic to the staging area or to the designated ramp for loading and unloading of vehicles
Open and close gates to access staging area, this requires moving traffic cones or plastic traffic drums
Communicate by radio to inform the boat crew of loading sequence
Coordinate traffic sequence for transport of emergency vehicles
Delivery of supplies and parts to boat crews
General maintenance and cleaning of vessels facilities and grounds
Treat the public and client employees in a courteous and professional manner at all times
