1st shift CSR =

Promptly processes and answers/resolves customer service inquires, concerns or technical questions, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority, speed, and accuracy to ensure service level metrics are achieved and excellent service is provided. Handle difficult customer issues and avoiding escalation whenever possible in a positive and professional manner. Skills: Strong Customer Service Skills, Experience w/and appreciation for electronic devices, with the willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology, Solid Computer skills, internet savvy, and experience using CRM software, Problem Solving Skills, Communicate professionally, Ability to learn quickly and eagerness to learn new techniques and skills.


Experience: 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience, previous experience supporting customers through phone interaction preferred, experience with customer contact systems is required.


Education: High School Diploma
