The Supervisor is the first management level responsible for the production operators within their department.  The selected candidate will be team focused, driving process, performance management, and compliance of safety and environmental regulations.


Our Client  is a global designer and manufacturer of cable and antenna systems plus active and passive RF conditioning modules, providing total-package solutions for wireless infrastructure.  They provide RF Systems solutions for cell-based mobile communications, in-building, in-tunnels, television & radio, radio-link networks, LMR/PMR and HF & defense.



  • Propose, and follow objectives regarding Quality, Cost, and Time
  • Supervises the staff placed under their responsibility
  • Proposes:
    • Workforce training actions
    • Recommendations for pay adjustments
    • Promotions
    • Job and function changes (transfers)
  • Performs evaluations and career evolution interviews
  • Responsible for the skillfulness and cross training of the department, and ensures necessary training is made available
  • Leads the different work groups in charge of performance improvement (5S workshops, Hoshin, TPM,…)
  • Intervenes, if necessary, with the support technicians to solve problems identified by the production operators
  • Ensures improvement ideas are considered, evaluated, and implemented as appropriate
  • Applies the work procedures, and ensures they are updated (control and monitoring plan, work rules,…)
  • Leads monthly meetings
  • Responsible for newcomer integration
  • Responsible for operators time and attendance (Kronos, vacation requests)
  • Balances the workforce between shifts
  • Enforces company requirements, including HR policies and Safety & Environmental regulations
  • Leads risk prevention
  • Perform other similar related duties as required or directed


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production leadership role
  • Solid initiative; requires the use of judgment to comply with instructions and standard procedures involving the making of decisions
  • Proven analytical ability, and an ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Safety consciousness
  • Computer literate with excellent skills in Excel, Word, Outlook along with MRP experience preferably in SAP
