Part-time 2nd shift Customer Service Rep – Oldsmar, FL

2-1/2 Months (contract)

Tuesday - Saturday 6pm – 10pm or Sunday - Thursday 6pm - 10pm 

$11.50 / hr. 

$12.50 / hr. Bilingual Needed!    


* ($700 bonus if you complete the project fully)


Job Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone techniques to talk to households across the US
  • Follow strict guidelines for obtaining consistent unbiased data
  • Deliver verbatim scripts for portions of a survey
  • Engage with participants throughout a short or medium length survey
  • Ability to maintain patience and professionalism throughout surveys
  • Ability to listen to and accurately capture respondent answers over the phone
  • Persuade reluctant respondents to participate in surveys
  • Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
  • Follow all center policies and procedures as outlined in the call center policy addendum

Position Expectations

  • Ability to speak clearly, with enthusiasm, while using tone variation and voice inflection
  • Personable and willing to quickly build professional relationships over the phone
  • Persuade respondents to participate in surveys

Position Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Cold Calling Sales background experience
  • Great Communication/conversational skills
  • Computer and typing skills (Data entry)
  • Reading ability
  • Fluent in the English Language (Bilingual positions require fluency in English and Spanish)
