3rd Shift Customer Service Representative

We are hiring on behalf of Nestle Nutrition in Fremont, MI is looking for Customer Service Representatives to respond to consumers and healthcare professionals through various communication channels in the Infant or HealthCare Nutrition business within the Contact Center.  Ideal candidates must have great customer service skills, ability to express empathy.  Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Effectively handle the daily operation of receiving Nestle Nutrition consumer and healthcare professional contacts to assure that all channels of communication are properly answered and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
*Proactively identify cross-selling and education opportunities and translate them into sales.
*Consistently educates our consumer with the appropriate and accurate messaging.
*available to work all days of the week, including a holiday rotation. Hours would range from 10:30p - 7am.. 
*BILINGUAL SPANISH is a plus

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
*High School Diploma
*Resume

SKILLS:
*Excellent Customer Service skills and quality focus
*Excellent communication skills, writing skills a plus
*Solid computer skills, experience in a windows based environment
*Solid keyboarding skills
