Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

                       

Duties:

Candidates will be working in a call center environment, handle customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems. Support the growth of new business.  Use a variety of computerized data entry systems for general policy servicing and troubleshooting.  

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential or current insurance policy holders & agencies
  • Provide customer service to multiple product queues
  • Take First Notice of Loss reports
  • Maintains working knowledge of new products
  • Meets call volume and quality control requirements
  • Communicates professionally with all customers and peers
  • Current shift availability 10am - 7pm. 

Skills:

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

– 1-2 years previous customer service experience/telephone experience

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Self-starter who is focused on goal achievement
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
