Account Administrator Jobs require candidates to interface with clients to ensure proper receiving, processing, reporting, and invoicing of client materials, effectively communicate information to both internal and external clients in a timely manner and professional manner, manage and approve client freight costs and coordinate logistics as required by the client, provide data and reporting needed for standard Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.

All candidates must have strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates must also display strong customer service and communication skills via telephone and email. The ability to analyze, define, and problem solve is a must while remaining organized through multi-tasking and prioritizing.

The starting pay rate for Account Administrator Jobs is $20.00/hr, plus overtime as needed.
