Account Coordinator

Adecco is assisting medical technology company in recruiting for an Account Coordinator. This is a 6 month contract position.  

Job Summary: 

The Account Coordinator will maintain customer accounts. Assists with processing transactions in order entry, resolving issues, and developing ad hoc reports. Utilizing procedures for process improvement, involved with software updates and upgrades. Communicates directly with sales force, internal departments, and clients to pursue and resolve issues related to orders, accounts receivable and returns.Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. Reconciles invoices and applying items to accounts receivable.

Job Requirements:

  • Must meet standards for production, volume, accuracy, and completeness. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under stressful and time sensitive situations
