Adecco is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as a Sales - Account Executive in Glendale. This is a full time - direct hire job opportunity. Under minimal supervision, the Sales - Account Executive will perform all sales and customer services activities with assigned clients and territories to increase gross profit margin dollars. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through your knowledge of the market geography, economic environment, top companies, competitors, etc.
Meet business objectives for your branch, in line with the Branch Manager and both branch and corporate business objectives
Forecast anticipated sales for Branch and Area management planning.
Maintain a pipeline of your Top 100 opportunities and perform daily sales activities (cold calls, visits, execution of proposals, pricing and contract negotiations)
Build trust and credibility amongst clients/prospects, candidates and colleagues by communicating our value proposition
Tour client facilities regularly to gain understanding of business and personnel requirements of the client.
Establish a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and newly developed clients
Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service by applying the procedures and protocols designed to this end in collaboration with your Branch Manager.
Maintain records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco's CRM
Provide first line support and backup in office supervisor's absence.
Work with Adecco colleagues and clients to resolve billing and service issues.
Serve as a Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities that build Adecco's reputation as the most admired workforce solutions partner

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline
Minimum two years outside sales experience with success in exceeding goals and KPIs.
Industry experience not required, training will include 90 days on the recruiter desk for anyone new to industry.
General knowledge of marketing/sales techniques, and effective organizational and oral/written communication skills also required.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Troubleshooting and problem analysis
Ability to work under minimal Supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
