Adecco Executive Recruitment, on behalf of its client in Raleigh, NC has a great opportunity for a solutions sales hunter who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business. As an Account Executive, you will be part of an integrated sales team by owning and orchestrating all client meetings. In addition, you will be responsible for driving collaboration with an experienced management team to develop client specific logistics and technology solutions, which will add value throughout the supply chain process. Ability to create and maintain positive relationships will be critical to your success!


Responsibilities:

Ability to secure meetings with high level decision makers
Maintain regular contact with accounts via phone/fax/e-mail
Cold call into new prospect accounts and develop new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Responsible for own success

Requirements:

2+ years of recent Transportation/Logistics sales experience, 3PL environment preferred.
Superior knowledge of selling principles and techniques, with excellent customer service and relationship skills
Self-motivated and focused, with a strong work ethic and a competitive streak
Confident/Professional manner with logical thinking ability
Creative, enthusiastic, and strong negotiating skills
