Account Fleet Coordinator

Overview: 
Our client is one of the fastest growing  management companies in the industry. Their innovative technology platform and customized  solutions are part of the reason they have seen tremendous growth. They are seeking an Account Fleet Coordinator with a passion for customer service and the ability to manage service interactions in a way that benefits their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing accounts of clients and assisting the client in managing the repair process on the fleet of vehicles in inventory through consistent and timely communication.
Overseeing the work of service providers to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Recording and analyzing customer data 
Make recommendations, observe and communicate trends, and identify cost saving opportunities in the repair process.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
Proficiency in computers and web-based platforms,
Ability to analyze data and build recommendations from the results of your analysis.
A background in generating work order estimates and invoice review is preferred.
Experience working in a call center environment or vehicle maintenance background is preferred
