As an account manager focused on upselling/migrating for DAT Solutions products and services,
you have two primary goals: Grow/maintain revenue and introduce all of our services to our
customer base. These goals will be achieved by doing the following:
Minimum Job Requirements:
¿ 70 outbound sales calls per day with 20 being ¿Cold prospecting Calls¿
¿ Average 2 hours talk time per day
¿ Meet or exceed your goals and quotas
¿ Manage Opportunities funnel and activities in a timely and appropriate manner
¿ Follow all process and procedures which allows other to do their jobs efficiently
¿ Siebel notations on any transactions or interactions with accounts, prospects or customers
to provide excellent communication internally and externally
¿ Adhere to the attendance policy to ensure we meet customer expectations of answering
the phones when they call and supporting workload and our team members
¿ Positive and meaningful Customer interactions to ensure customers for life

Skills and Qualifications:
¿ Associate¿s Degree
¿ Bachelor¿s Degree in business or related field preferred
¿ Six months of experience as an Sales Rep/Account Manager, or one to two years of
customer service experience with at least six months of CRM experience and a measurable
¿ Self-starter and fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment
¿ Strong work ethic
¿ Ability to diffuse difficult situations under pressure
¿ Excellent, professional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
¿ Multitasker with ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
¿ Verifiable touch-typing speed of 45 WPM or greater
¿ Proficient in Google Suite
