The Account Manager is responsible for the complete management of the relationship between CCS and Registry Clients for the execution of proxy jobs in relation to their shareholder communications by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Coordinates the production of print and mail requirements for the Proxy product
• Coordinates with internal resources (Design, Programming, Production Control and Warehouse) and external departments (Proxy Schedulers, CSAs, RMs) within CCS and CPU
• Uses Internal Pricing Agreement to prepare estimates and follows through to billing cycle completion via internal billing system (Cosmos)
• Liaises with Relationship Managers/Client Service Associates to determine job specifications /requirements through output /print
• Liaises with other departments within CCS to ensure the best outcome is always achieved for the client, while adhering to ISO processes/ requirements and SLAs
• Ensures the smooth running of all customer requirements by providing complete, professional and accurate job information through our proprietary systems RADAR (work order enter system), Aardvark (mailing/scheduling system), Cosmos Billing (billing system) and Event Management (CPU task/client interfacing entry system)
• Provides knowledge regarding CCS services to Clients
• Follows up in a timely manner with internal clients on all components of a job and updates Event Management for transparency of job status
• Reviews all components of job bag to ensure accurate billing for each completed job
• Follows all ISO processes and procedures
• Investigates problems and resolves immediately
• Ability to determine if a situation requires escalation
• Ability to work flexible hours

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal clients or members of the business community
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Keyboarding skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge
• Mail/Print and Proxy knowledge/experience a plus
• Write clearly and informatively
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills required

3 month contract with a possibility of extension.
