Account Manager-Inbound Sales

* Handling all inbound sales orders coming into the company via email, calls and chat line system
* Make connections with customers over the phone and assist customers finding and buying promotional products
* Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
* Ensure service delivering to customers that meet contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators
* Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
* Take in and prepare complete and accurate sales orders including appropriately notating accounts as required
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and account sales performance


3+ years experience in sales and customer service
Experience working in Promotional Products industry preferred
Excellent communication, phone etiquette, follow-up and time management skills
Proficient utilizing M.S. Word, Outlook and other computer sales software
Team Player attitude
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
Hourly rate range of $14-16K, plus commissions including various ompany benefits offered
Monday through Friday work schedule.
