This position will directly assist account executives/managers with the following processes:

Duties and Responsibilities

Directly assists account executives/account managers with the following processes (including but not limited to):
-Policy Checking
-Endorsement Checking
-Process certificates of insurance and evidences of property
-Request dirver/vehicle changes/additional insureds
- Issue auto ID cards
-Process renewal requests
-Renewal billing

-Safety and Security: Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

Preferred:

Previous dealings with insurance processing (property and casualty)
Licensed is a +++
Professional office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Exceptional phone demeanor and customer service
Data entry skills
