Adecco is assisting a client in hiring a Account Service Representative to join their Kaimuki, Honolulu office. Job duties include reviewing online files, researching cases, inputting information into a database, taking incoming calls from clients, participate in strategic goal setting meetings, meet goals, assisting in completing enrollment paperwork, sales, provide any necessary follow up via email and mail, assist other team members and serve as a backup.

Must have minimum 4-6 months admin experience
Must be able to take direction and work independently
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making calls to past due customers
Strong MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook skills
