Account Services

Summary: 
Account Services will assist the Sales Support representative in various tasks. They will manage several US specialty accounts, and communicate with factory, customers, Wholesale Sales team, and warehouse to expedite the processing and timely shipments of orders. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare customer orders in Excel, check prices and details, and send to typists in Florida 
  • Check order confirmations against customer order and send order confirmation to Sales Team 
  • Track factory orders in OMS/CCSI system, and create ad hoc shipping updates to Sales Teams 
  • Communicate with sales and wholesale accounts on any late goods and request shipping extensions. Once approved, communicate changes to Spain and process changes in ERP systems
  • Using CCSI ERP system, monitor goods that have arrived in NJ warehouse and release goods within the customer shipping windows 
  • Communicate with NJ warehouse on any special requests or urgent shipments 
  • Miscellaneous: Process returns, reorders, request NRF and UPC codes for orders, and distribute bulk orders 
  • Communicate with Finance team on forecasted shipments on a monthly basis, or as requested 
  • Identify potential process improvements of the above and share with Management 
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills 
  • Must be comfortable working in Excel- knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables is required 
  • Working knowledge in any ERP system 
  • Basic understanding of product life cycle- from order entry, to production, to shipments to Wholesale customers
