Adecco is seeking an Account Services Representative for an immediate opening. The primary responsibility of the Account Services Representative is to provide an overall positive customer experience by assisting new and existing customers with services pertaining to their account. This position is full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. It goes through December 22, 2017. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process account suspension requests

- Process account restoration requests

- Process account cancellation requests  

- Process account profile changes

- Research, gather, and analyze information related to specific assignments


Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 

-Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed



- Must be a team player

- Expected to be punctual

- Expected to maintain an acceptable level of quality scores as defined by the Quality and Leadership team 

- Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules as outlined by the Company

- Expected to work 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required

- Ability to solve straightforward problems

- Strong customer service skills

- Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform multiple tasks

- Accurately enter data into computer

- Possess basic knowledge of business, values and culture

- Working knowledge of computers and all applicable software including the Back Office, Personal Websites (PWS), Consultant Workstation, Hyperwallet, UPS, Pay Vision, and Microsoft Word and Excel

- Occasional light lifting up to 25lbs

- Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking up to 10% of the time

- Ability to work at a computer station and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
