The company I am partnering with is looking to add a new individual to the team. This candidate will be learning about their close processes and will be involved in many projects within the new quarter. This would be a minimum of a 1-year commitment. The right candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment where priorities (and projects) will shift.



  • Perform close & consolidation process activities
  • Perform close activities for US/Canada ledgers
  • Perform internal financial reporting and analysis of consolidated financial statements
  • Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancements for the close and consolidation areas
  • Work on projects (e.g. information requests, support significant transactions, deep dive for financial analysis, intercompany transactions, legal entity type projects) creating and liquidating, chart of accounts, reconciliation tool upgrade, cross-changes, automation/RPA, reconciliations, support business divestitures


  • Communication (ability to communicate messages across and upwards, work across time zones and cultures)
  • Ability to root cause issues and propose improvements
  • Strength in ability to multi-task and drive to completion
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Familiar with Oracle, HFM, Microsoft suite
  • Accounting background/degree, controllership/corporate experience with multi-national preferred

Administrative Details:

  • 40/week
  • Monday-Friday
