Adecco is currently recruiting for Temporary, Accountant for approximately 3 months at a local Saint Petersburg Pharmaceutical company. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 1-2 years of relevant experience.



• Responsible for completion of day-to-day CAPEX duties, including creating new projects, accounting for ongoing projects, capitalization of completed projects, asset disposals, and other activities, as warranted. This work is completed in JDE 9.1, and also utilized Catalent proprietary software.
• Oversees and reconciles the Fixed Assets Account between the ledger and sub-ledger. Works diligently with the Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the correct use of the business unit CAPEX budget and drive the actions to ensure the budget is used correctly in time and manner.
• Supports the operations and engineering teams with the financial analysis, write ups and submission of any CAPEX requisition including but not limited to reporting through Hyperion and the in-house CAPEX systems the current spending and forecast for the business unit CAPEX Budget.
• Responsible to ensure and supervise the correct accounting of the PO’s related to the different CAPEX projects.
• Controls and manages the CAPEX budget and works with the incumbents to make sure the projects are executed on time and manner flagging any deviation to budget.
• Responsible to reconcile the CIP (Construction in Process) account and ensures to keep it updated according with the timeliness and execution of the CAPEX projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
