Adecco, Better Work Better Life!! Seeking a detailed oriented hybrid administrative assistant that can help support multiple departments (front desk, HR, Accounting). This is an immediate opening. Must be able to start immediately. Pay rate: $12.00 per hour.

 

 Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                                                                       

 

 

Administrative Assistant will be working closely with the Director of Administration department. Must have exceptional customer service skills, ability to problem solve, flexible and able to assist multiple departments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Will be supporting manufacturing environment
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Understanding of general accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quick Books software
  • Good interpersonal Skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to make timely fact-based decisions; shows good judgement
  • Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion
  • Ability to oversee and drive customer commitments
