Accounting Administrative Assistant
3 months (contract)
Monday – Friday

Specific Duties

Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data within the financial/accounting system
Processes and codes billing and payroll
Prepares and verifies financial reports
Performs general bookkeeping tasks as needed
Position will receive direction and support
Position may assist in invoice processing

Must Have:

High School education required
Financial software
Attention to detail
PC proficiency, typing
2-4 years related experience
Strong attention to detail and quality documentation
Exceptional verbal communicator
Independent worker and self-starter with solid time management skills
Adherence to company attendance policies
