Accounting Assistant manager



Adecco is partnering with one of the nation's leading undercarriage distribution companies for an immediate hiring in the accounting assistant manager position.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Assist and coordinate with external auditors for annual audit
Maintain audit schedules throughout the year
Assist with tax/business filings
General ledger analysis
Cash forecasting
Month and Year-End closings
Canadian funds transfer to U.S.
Bank Reconciliations
Preparation and analysis of financial statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Provide accounts receivables and payables support/supervision
Support Management with special projects as needed

Employment Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years previous work experience in accounting role
Great Plains experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS excel(pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
Proven knowledge of US GAAP
Thorough understanding of all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, Payroll
High attention to detail and accuracy
BS/BBA degree in Accounting – MBA or CPA preferred
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Korean speaking preferred
