Accounting Assistant

Adecco is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to work for a Commercial Luxury Furniture company in Seattle, WA. If you have entry level experience in AP, AR, or General Accounting we are looking to help you start career with a reputable company, Apply today!

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepares Journal Entries and processes invoices daily/weekly
  • Processes Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Maintains an accurate client log of up-to-date payments and sends to collections when required
  • Prepares and updates associates W9 & 1099's
  • Assists with administrative tasks including answering phones and emails
  • High volume of data entry within company ERP system (Seradex)

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Requirements:

  • AA/BA in Accounting preferred
  • 1+ year of Accounting experience
  • Familiar with ERP system (Seradex) preferred but not required
  • Familiar with Quickbooks
