8:30 AM to 5 PM


Responsible for one or more of the following activities: checks and verifies records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile accounts. May be responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Requires basic reading, writing, addition and subtraction skills. Minimum 3-5 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of invoices from multiple vendors for multiple company entities in several currencies utilizing the PPM Time Clock and Gatekeeper systems. Understand and appropriately utilize the various methods to process: markview, uploads, and purchase orders.
• Maintain tracking logs for all invoices processed. Ensure proper and comprehensive documentation for payments, approvals, and discrepancy resolutions in designated shared file locations.
• Perform vendor reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoice payments. Serve as the primary point of contact for technology vendor invoices as they relate to these select vendors.
• Assist with other accounting team tasks as time permits.

Key Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, results oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of team.
• Strong research skills to reconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies to time clock systems and contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with good thought leadership skills.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Strong PC skills and proficient in Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and learn new areas quickly; ability to handle pressure related to vendor payment requirements and month-end close deadlines.
• Ability to manage a significant workload and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment.
