Pay Rate: $17/hr.- $18/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Timely and accurate creation, recording, & distribution of invoices using manual and/or automated systems to external and/or internal customer.
• Maintain and review of invoicing reports and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Creation and maintaining changes to the customer’s account, such as, contact name, shipping, and mailing addresses, points of contact.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and organize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Detail orientated and accurate.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration

• Must have an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business degree.
• Minimum two-years accounts payable related experience is necessary. Experience with large ERP companies in high volume processing is highly desired.
• Proficient in PeopleSoft / Oracle strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
