Job Title: Accounting Clerk III
Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM
Location: Delaware, OH
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Contract: 1 year

Accounting Clerk 3

This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor, Sales and Distribution, and will assist in the invoicing ($650 million) and credit ($103 million) activities at the Delaware facility. Responsibilities include processing printing and mail invoices, process 3M invoice account coding, mail distribution, autogen invoices/credit matching, CUC scan, and general filing etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires high school education or relevant work experience
Strong organization skills and time management skills
The ability to interact with both internal customers
Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
Experience with Oracle Financials as well as PPG systems (CTS, RSM, Tandem Billing systems, and SDI) is beneficial but not required.
Successful incumbent should be flexible, motivated, well organized, and detail-oriented. Candidates also need to have a sense of urgency for important business deadlines as the invoicing function needs to be performed timely, especially during month end closings.
Prior experience in accounting functions of large international corporations and/or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Functional/Technical Skills:
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access Database).
• Printing/Mailing Invoices – Printing Refinish invoices and credit memos. Organize them by
customer and mail the invoices in a timely manner. 30%
• 3M Invoices – Process 3M invoices by putting the terms code and account distribution on the
invoices and account code to the correct warehouse. 20%
• Mailroom – Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail. Make sure the mail is delivered in a
timely manner. 20%
• Autogen Matching – Responsible for printing, matching and filing autogen invoices and
credits.12%
• CUC Scanning – Responsible for uploading all conditional use contracts to Vantage Point.

• Cert Capture – Assist in the CertCapture project by reviewing and uploading tax exemption
certificate. Maintaining tax records and assist with sending out request letters. 10%
• Miscellaneous – The duties of this position will change is the department’s needs fluctuate.
